Built in Texas

Software shaped by the same work it is supposed to manage.

Lawn-A-Matic was created from years of operating a lawn company and dealing with the same routing, scheduling, labor, customer, equipment, weather, and billing problems other service companies face every day.

Why build another platform?

After using different systems over the years, the frustrations were familiar: bugs that lingered, prices that climbed, payment models that wanted a percentage of revenue, and features that looked good in a demo but were awkward in the field.

Lawn-A-Matic started as the answer to those problems inside a real lawn operation. The goal is straightforward: make the software useful enough to depend on during an actual workday, then make it flexible enough that other lawn businesses can run it their way.

There is no investor board setting the roadmap. Product decisions can stay close to the people actually using the system.

Operating principles

✓
Fix real problemsDaily operational pain gets priority over demo-only features.
✓
Keep the owner in controlModules, policies, pricing, notifications, crews, routes, and customer workflows stay configurable.
✓
Do not tax revenueThe subscription is the Lawn-A-Matic charge. Lawn-A-Matic does not take a percentage of customer payments.
✓
Listen to feedbackBug reports and feature requests are part of improving the platform.
We listen

Your feedback helps shape Lawn-A-Matic.

Every customer has a voice, regardless of plan level. If you have a feature request, find a bug, or see a workflow that can be better, we want to hear about it.

💡

Feature requests are welcome

Good ideas do not have to come from the highest-priced plan. Customers at every plan level are encouraged to submit requests that could make day-to-day work easier.

🐞

Please report bugs

If something is not working correctly, tell us. Real-world reports help us reproduce problems, correct them, and protect the workflows lawn companies rely on.

Continuous production updates

Lawn-A-Matic is actively developed and regularly updated. We keep improving the software as field needs change, new ideas surface, and customers show us where the platform can be better.

Built close to the work. Lawn-A-Matic is shaped by an operating lawn business and by the companies using it in production, not by a distant product roadmap.
