This Privacy Policy explains how Lawn-A-Matic collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you access or use the Lawn-A-Matic platform.

SMS Communications

Lawn-A-Matic supports text messaging for service-related customer care, including service reminders, scheduling updates, estimate notices, invoice notices, invoice links, payment receipts, service completion updates, and one-to-one customer service communications between a service company and its customers.

Customer-facing SMS opt-in uses a mobile phone field and an unchecked SMS consent checkbox. Consent may also be recorded by an authorized service company user only after the customer agreed to the same disclosure by phone, in person, or in writing. A customer who previously opted out may reply START, YES, or UNSTOP from the same phone number to re-enable automated messages. The disclosure states:

By providing your mobile phone number and checking this box, you agree to receive informational and transactional text messages from your service company through Lawn-A-Matic regarding service reminders, scheduling updates, estimates, invoices, receipts, service completion updates, and customer service communications. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out of automated messages.

Customers may opt out of automated SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Customers may reply HELP for help. Customers may opt back in by replying START from the same phone number.

We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent records to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with service providers as needed to operate the platform, deliver requested messages, maintain security, and comply with law.

Lawn-A-Matic does not provide bulk SMS marketing, broadcast texting, automated promotional campaigns, lead generation messaging, or third party advertising.
