SMS Consent & Opt In Disclosure
What messages are sent
Lawn-A-Matic uses SMS messaging to send transactional and informational messages related to account notifications, job scheduling, service updates, and billing alerts.
How users opt in
End users explicitly consent to receive SMS messages by checking an unchecked consent checkbox during account registration or within their account settings.
The consent checkbox is unchecked by default. Users do not receive SMS messages unless they manually opt in.
SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.
The consent checkbox states:
“I agree to receive SMS messages from Lawn-A-Matic related to account notifications, job scheduling, service updates, and billing alerts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
