Lawn-A-Matic uses SMS messaging to send transactional and informational messages related to account notifications, job scheduling, service updates, and billing alerts.
End-users explicitly consent to receive SMS messages by checking an unchecked consent checkbox during account registration or within their account settings.
The consent checkbox states:
“I agree to receive SMS messages from Lawn-A-Matic related to account notifications, job scheduling, service updates, and billing alerts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
The checkbox is unchecked by default. End-users cannot receive SMS messages unless they manually check this box. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to use the Lawn-A-Matic service.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP.
For help, reply HELP.
