Subscription & Billing Terms

Effective Date: 10/11/2026

These Subscription & Billing Terms explain the recurring billing rules for Lawn-A-Matic. They supplement the Terms of Service. The payment provider and subscription terms displayed during the actual purchase govern that subscription.

1. Subscription purchase and provider

A company may purchase a subscription through the Lawn-A-Matic website using the supported web payment processor. Where enabled and offered in an eligible native iOS version, subscriptions may also be purchased through Apple's App Store. Website-managed subscriptions and Apple-managed subscriptions are separate billing arrangements. The billing provider is shown in the subscription or purchase confirmation. Availability of an Apple purchase option depends on app configuration, region, eligibility, and Apple's approval; a feature appearing in source code does not mean it is currently available for purchase.

2. Prices, plans and disclosures

Before purchase, review the plan, included features, billing interval, total price, taxes where applicable, trial or introductory conditions, and renewal terms presented by the applicable checkout provider. Prices may differ between billing channels. Material changes to subscription terms or price will follow applicable law and the billing provider's notice and consent requirements.

3. Trials and restricted features

Where offered, trial duration and conversion terms appear at signup or checkout. Unpaid trials and unpaid beta accounts may have restricted features, including AI processing and customer-facing SMS; account security and authentication messages may remain available. An unpaid trial does not automatically establish a paid subscription unless the purchase flow explicitly says so.

4. Recurring authorization

By confirming a paid website subscription, you authorize the applicable website payment processor to charge the disclosed amount and any applicable taxes on the recurring schedule until cancellation takes effect. If you subscribe through Apple, Apple processes and manages the subscription under its own purchase authorization and terms. Do not complete a second purchase merely because account verification is temporarily delayed.

5. Subscription records and receipts

For website purchases, Lawn-A-Matic may show invoices, receipts and payment history supplied by the web payment provider. For Apple purchases, Apple supplies purchase receipts and App Store billing records, while Lawn-A-Matic may show verified access and subscription status. A website invoice list may not contain App Store receipts. If a transaction status is uncertain, do not assume payment has succeeded or failed until it is verified.

6. Upgrades, downgrades and provider changes

Authorized users may change an eligible website-managed plan using Lawn-A-Matic's supported billing tools. Apple-managed plan changes follow Apple's subscription management process. Different providers' subscriptions are not automatically transferred between them. Confirm the existing subscription's status before starting a subscription through another provider to avoid duplicate billing.

7. Cancellation

Website-managed subscriptions can be canceled using Lawn-A-Matic's billing controls or by contacting support when self-service cancellation is unavailable. Apple-managed subscriptions must be canceled through your Apple account's Manage Subscriptions page or Apple's supported processes. Deleting the app, logging out, or requesting an account deletion does not by itself cancel an App Store subscription. Cancellation generally affects future renewals; access through a paid period depends on the provider confirmation and applicable rules.

8. Failed payments, expiration and access

The billing provider may retry a failed charge or notify the subscriber of an issue. Lawn-A-Matic may limit paid features when the provider verifies that the subscription is no longer entitled to service. An incomplete or unverified purchase cannot be used to unlock paid features. If you believe your subscription is active but access is unavailable, contact support and, where applicable, use Restore Purchases rather than buying again.

9. Beta and other discounts

Discounts or limited-duration promotional offers apply only if you are eligible and the applicable checkout confirms them. Beta promotional pricing, account-specific website discounts, and Apple promotional offers may follow different provider rules. The amount and renewal price displayed at the time of the provider's purchase confirmation control that transaction. Prior paid periods are not retroactively repriced simply because an offer has ended.

10. Taxes and optional purchases

Taxes and optional paid add-ons, when offered, are disclosed through the applicable purchase process. You are responsible for reviewing and approving purchases performed by users with billing permissions on the company account.

11. Refunds and billing disputes

Website purchase refund requests follow our Refund Policy and applicable law. For App Store purchases, refund requests are handled through Apple's refund-request process and Apple's applicable policies. Lawn-A-Matic cannot independently reverse a charge Apple processed.

12. Contact

For billing questions or an uncertain subscription status, contact support@lawnamatic.com. Do not send payment card numbers, passwords, or verification codes by email.
