Account & Data Deletion Requests

Effective Date: 10/11/2026

Request removal of your Lawn-A-Matic user account and associated personal information, or, if you are the company owner, request closure of your company account. You can begin a deletion request directly online, without contacting support first.

Submit your account deletion request

Open the account deletion request form. Sign in to verify which user and company the request belongs to. You can use this link from any browser even if you no longer have the mobile app.

In the Lawn-A-Matic iOS app, open Settings → Legal & Privacy → Request Account Deletion to submit an authenticated request directly in the app.

What happens after I submit?

We'll record the request and provide a reference number. Deletion is then reviewed and performed through an internal fulfillment process. Company-controlled customer records, shared operational history, and data that must be retained for legitimate accounting, security, fraud prevention, or legal requirements require appropriate review. A request isn't an immediate purge or a temporary deactivation.

Subscriptions and billing

Deleting an account does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by Apple or Stripe. Website-managed subscriptions can be canceled under Billing & Plans. For Apple-managed subscriptions use Apple Subscriptions. Requests can still be submitted while billing questions are being resolved.

Can't sign in?

If you have lost access to your account, email support@lawnamatic.com and ask for help verifying ownership of the account. Do not email passwords, one-time codes, full payment-card details, or identity documents without an approved secure process. This recovery option is separate from the normal authenticated request form.

Retention and privacy

Data we are legally required to retain may be kept for the required period. Backups may not be immediately purgeable and are subject to documented recovery/expiry processes. The applicable periods and provider deletion steps are reviewed on a case-by-case basis; we will explain material exceptions and confirm when fulfillment is completed. See our Privacy Policy.
