Lawn-A-Matic

End User License Agreement

Effective Date: 10/11/2026

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs use of Lawn-A-Matic software, including the Lawn-A-Matic website, progressive web application, native mobile applications, and related software components. By installing, accessing, or using Lawn-A-Matic, you agree to this EULA and the Terms of Service.

1. License grant

Subject to an active account and compliance with these terms, Lawn-A-Matic grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for the internal business operations of the subscribing company.

2. Ownership

Lawn-A-Matic and its licensors retain all ownership rights in the software, source code, design, trademarks, documentation, and platform technology. This EULA grants a right to use the software; it does not transfer ownership.

3. Restrictions

4. Accounts and subscriptions

The software may require an active Lawn-A-Matic account or paid subscription. Website subscriptions are managed through the Lawn-A-Matic billing portal. Where App Store subscription purchases are offered and enabled, those subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple; the website cannot independently cancel, renew, or refund them. Your subscription status and access depend on verification with the applicable provider. For more information, see the Subscription & Billing Terms.

5. Updates and changes

We may provide updates, patches, security fixes, feature changes, or compatibility changes. Some updates may be required to continue using the service safely or to remain compatible with server-side features.

6. Third-party services

Lawn-A-Matic may interoperate with third-party services such as payment processors, accounting platforms, cloud infrastructure, mapping, messaging, and device services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and availability.

7. Data and privacy

Use of information is described in the Privacy Policy. Subscriber-entered customer information remains subject to the Subscriber's own legal obligations and permissions.

8. Suspension and termination

The license ends when your account or subscription terminates, or when access is suspended under the Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must stop using any software component that requires an active Lawn-A-Matic account.

9. Warranty disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the software is provided "as is" and "as available." The warranty disclaimers and liability limitations in the Terms of Service are incorporated into this EULA.
